Hi everyone:
Well, after a weekend of wonderful food, exercise and lovely weather I spent some time yesterday preparing myself for a week of healthy eating. Sometimes I feel like I need to get back on track with eating good, natural and healthy foods. When this happens I find one of the best ways to help myself get back ‘on the wagon’ is by creating a structured eating plan (or what some might call a meal plan) for the week.
This seems crazy to a lot of my friends – but I find it really helpful, especially because I do not have a lot of spare time during my work week.
Oh goodness. I just spent so much time writing this entire post, and only 1/4 of it uploaded. I will see if I can get it all back. Hopefully I will not have to re-type. Uuuuuughhhhh.
