Breakfast

Hi All –

Happy Thursday! It was so great to see the sun this morning when I woke up. It is certainly a beautiful day. I am slowly getting back on track with life now. After the car accident  I definitely took a break from running, gym time, and paying super attention to what I was eating. I was just so exhausted – but I am glad that I gave my body time to heal and really get better. I’m feeling like I am on the mend now.

This morning for breakfast I enjoyed a whole wheat english muffin with a tablespoon of peanut butter and a tablespoon of raspberry jam. During my drive to work  I also enjoyed a travel mug of french roast coffee with 1% milk and a little of my mom’s french vanilla creamer.

It might be a two coffee day, but I’m not sure yet. Here is my WW Muffin:

I have been craving peanut butter sooo much, I cannot understand it. This muffin really hit the spot.

Tonight I am having dinner in the North End with a few wonderful friends. I am really looking forward to it! I hope you all have a great day – be back in a bit!
