So – what better breakfast to have on a post-blizzard day than a…. frozen smoothie! What!? That’s right. Here it is during the conception phase:
Even though I spent most of yesterday dressed like this:

I was craving a smoothie this morning. Actually, the whole point was that I was not craving anything. I am never hungry in the morning these days, which is strange. I am actually not hungry most of the day. And then after dinner, around 8 – 11 o’clock in the evening I am starving. So today I am trying to spread out my food in a more responsible way.
I can almost always get myself excited for a smoothie.
Ingredients:
–Stoneyfield Yogurt
– PB2 (original not chocolate)
–Jay Robb Whey Protein
-Banana
-Frozen raspberries
– Soy milk
– ice
Seriously good stuff:
It was such a pretty pink after it was blended up. But of course I forgot to take a photo of it in my glass. It was perfect. I did not feel that weird having a frozen smoothie with a foot and a half of snow on the ground… weird, right?
