Happy Sunday morning to you all. I hope your weekend has not been below zero or too snowy.

Today I am off to lunch, where I might get a hamburger (only three days until my surgery and I’ll be back to chicken noodle soup in no time…) or a milkshake (both are things I have been craving for a very long time).

My my real mission of the day??? To find a mini tart pan so that I can make an individual sized apple pie. This morning I read this random post from Jenna which dates back to October. I love this idea. I hope that Williams Sonoma will have a mini tart pan, but I am not holding my breath. The ‘smallest’ tart pan I see on their website is 9 1/2 inches. I’m seriously looking for one that is about 3 3/4 inches.
