Brief

Oh people… I don’t know what to say. I think this time change and the fact that it is my second week back at work is sort of kicking my butt today. I got up at 5:45 this morning (my body and brain still think it is 4:45 when my alarm goes off on my iPhone – boo!). I left the house around 6:15 (I’m still sort of impressed with this early departure time so far this week) and got to work at 7:20 AM. Awesome.

For breakfast I had a Stoneyfield lemon yogurt at 9:30 and at 10:30 a handful of granola as my midmorning snack. Lunch was the left over tofu vegetable pad thai. Mid-afternoon snack was a 100 calorie oatmeal, raisin and walnut Clif bar. (I think they are being marketed as “mini” now – I found a box at Target this weekend. The bars are sort of perfect…) Before the gym I had about four strawberries – they were a tad bit sour and made me pucker. But still, good.

I left work at 4:15 and went straight to the gym. I ‘walked’ a little over two miles (quickly). Came home, had a nime chow and an egg with sauteed mushrooms, spinach and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese.

That wraps it up. I am going to bed soon.
