After reading a couple of articles on Omega 3 fatty acids, I am going to be picking up some supplements at some point today or tomorrow. I fear my runner’s knee is trying to return, and I am wondering if adding more omega 3 fatty acids into my diet might help prevent the injury from re-occurring. Right now I am just beginning to ‘feel’ my knee and I would really like to stop the “yet to be developed” pain in its tracks. I am so mad that this is happening to me yet again. But here is hoping that Omega-3 Fatty Acids will reduce inflammation in my joints! I will definitely give you a report on this in a couple of weeks – hopefully it will be a positive one on the amazing benefits. 🙂
