Lunch and a snack

The last two days I have eaten a lot of the same, wonderful food. Pumpkin bread for breakfast as previously posted. A lovely salad with turkey and cashews for lunch and a big bowl of Greek yogurt with blueberries with a handful of Kashi Go Lean Crunch for an afternoon snack.

The salad was spinach, tomato, cucumber, carrots and red pepper along with the turkey and cashews:

Today I also snacked on a banana with more Barney Butter (can we just not talk about the serious almond butter addiction?) and an apple while I was at work. I worked another ten hour day, and on my way home I had to eat a handful of whole grain goldfish crackers to stay sane 🙂

I do not have much to report tonight about getting my running back on track – but I will soon, I promise. I did go for a long walk with friends. It was a beautiful, sunny day and the water was gorgeous – a perfect fall day. I am so glad that even though I was crazy busy at work that I made the time to get outside for some exercise and fresh air.

I will make sure to make more progress on running this weekend and I will report back. Happy Thursday night, everyone!
