Elizabeth recently tried Kashi’s Mayan Harvest Bake. Here is the basic nutritional information:
9 grams fat, 1g saturated fat, 0 grams trans fat
380 mg Sodium (16% DRA)
58 grams Carbohydrates
8 grams dietary fiber
19 grams sugars
9 grams protein
100% Vitamin A
20% Vitamin C
So this isn’t that bad. The plantains don’t seem or taste like plantains, so that makes no difference, although it is still my least favorite part. The ancho sauce has a bit of kick, super small, but its there. The grains are good as are the black beans, the sweet potatoes are good and I liked the pumpkin seeds.
I would recommend it.
