I woke up at 8am again. I am finishing my small cup of coffee and trying to convince myself to go to the gym. I did a horrible thing this morning – I started an episode of the West Wing season 6 this morning, and I am still in bed. 🙂 Thankfully it is only 9:15 so it is still rather early.

Ok. I am getting up. I am going to the gym. I think I have half of a Luna bar in the car that I can snack on as I get myself to the gym.
