I think I have a new favorite post workout snack! I just walked in from 45 minutes on the treadmill and I was starving – enough to eat anything! But instead I took a deep breath and gathered myself.
I took a shower and then made a really great plate of food. 1 big carrot sliced up into carrot sticks. One apple cut up into pieces. Hummus and peanut butter on the side with a couple of Stacey’s pita chips. I’m also drinking a huge glass of water and will probably have a smaller glass of milk later.
Hooray for wonderful post workout snacks! I’ll be back in a bit to recap the last couple of days.
