I don’t know about you, but for me being a runner has made me at time management for the most part. For example, this morning. I woke up at 5:25 and got to work before 7 o’clock. When I get to work before 7 I can leave earlier at the end of the day to get my run or workout in. It is all about motivation in the morning and having an end goal – which for me can be as simple as not eating dinner at 8pm!
I saw this article on the Runner’s World website about how to fit in workouts when you do not have much time – especially during the holiday season and I thought it might be useful to some of you. Remember, even a simple 20 minute work out can keep you in shape when you do not have a lot of time for a longer workout.
Enjoy this article! Just 20 Minutes…
Happy Hump Day, everyone!
I love how running totally changes your normal routine. When you’re hooked you will do almost anything to get a run in.. including waking up at 5:25 am :).
Running does totally change your outlook on everything! I used to never be able to wake up early in the morning – but now most days I do, just to get my run in. 🙂
