After having an amazing bagel, peanut butter and banana lunch yesterday, I went back to my low key breakfast today:
One cup of Kashi Go Lean Crunch and one cup of skim milk. I really love this breakfast. Once it turns to winter I will go back to oats, but this week the temps have been in the sixties. It feels more like September than November. It bothers me on many levels, but I’ll get into that another time.

Happy reading. These articles make me so thankful for my amazing mom who packed a healthy and delicious lunch for me every day when I went to school. THANKS MOM!
Happy Thursday everyone.
Good articles! I almost left an opinion–like–Shouldn’t adults be telling kids how and what to eat? If parents don’t educate kids on the best foods to eat, then the schools should. This idea of “the government shouldn’t be telling kids what to eat” is nonsense!
