Tuesday Morning Smoothie

Happy Tuesday, everyone. How is your day going so far?  The sky is brightening up just a tad bit here, which is making me pretty happy!

Rewind to last night – after dinner I was a little zonked and it was a bit hard for me to get the motivation to prep my food for the next day. But somehow I washed blueberries, washed & cut up strawberries, threw them in a container with two handfuls of spinach and a cup of plain yogurt.  A lot of the prep for a smoothie is done!  Then in a little bowl I put the PB2, protein powder, chia seeds and flax seeds and covered it up with plastic wrap.  Breakfast was set for the morning! However, I lost steam when it came to prepping my salad, so I decided to pack a frozen Kashi meal for lunch.

This morning I put all of the prepped ingredients in my blender along with ice and light soy milk:

The end result were two beautiful smoothies! A great breakfast while driving to work today.
